So you want to know who made this? Oh, okay; simple enough.The Webmaster/Designer:
Hey there everyone, my name is Ashley. Well, most frequently called "AshBo"- Yes, by most everyone. I've had whateverlife.com since mid-late 2004. I've been working with websites ever since I was about nine years old. I never found my niche outside of colors and coding. I consider myself pretty nerdy, and a dork at that. I love me, and I love what I do! Since I found my interest in web design and management, I've taken my ideas to even higher heights. I am now 17The other awesome designer:1615years old. No matter what your age is, never limit yourself!
Bre! Bre helps & makes TONS of layouts for the website; she also created the animating pictures tutorial. She's a big help and adds a great portion to the site now! You all seem to love her layouts haha!
What's in a name, anyways?
WhateverLife.com is simply put as an "inside joke". It then developed into something else- as "For whatever life you lead"- meaning there would be information and fun things for anyone and everyone! (Which is why I'm always expanding in content...er, as much as I can!) [[[Or, for the long story...a night at Bre's back in 2004 (playing Mario Party 2 or 3...)- we both lost to computer characters (I think DK was on EASY)- So I throw the controller down and walk off. On my way, I say "Whatever, Life"- as sarcastically as possible. Then I started thinking about how neat of a website name it would be. Here it is. :) ♥ ]]]How did this content come about?
One day, I was working on my website (when I just had a personal portfolio and basic graphics/tutorial website), and I decided that I enjoyed created Myspace.com layouts (after all of my friends begged for custom ones!!!). After that, few people used them, but I began to see more and more visitors popping onto my website. I was shocked, and still continued to create layouts. Ever since then, I've fallen in love with the possibilities in designing and coding! So fun!About the current layout (Winter Wonderland 2007)
This layout came about December 5th, 2007- in the evening. I have been planning a 'redesign' for more than a month- I have gone through so many different styles and what-not- and I finally fell in love with one! Hey it's perfect for winter! Yay! My design taste is ever changing, from pop art to chic. So I wanted something fun but sophisticated. I hope this gets it. xoxoGet Us Out There!
